The fully furnished and well-equipped apartments have a beautiful south-facing balcony with a panoramic view of the Merano region, and fresh bread service is available on request.

Our "Grafenau" version of apartment is 37m² in area and accommodates 2-4 occupants. It comprises one bedroom, a living-room with satellite TV, seating corner, pull-out sofa, direct-dial telephone and safe; a separate kitchen, bathroom/WC or shower/WC and a large south-facing balcony. Crockery, linen and coffee machine are provided and our service offering fresh bread rolls is also available.

They comprise one bedroom, a spacious living-room with satellite TV, safe, pull-out sofa and direct-dial telephone; a separate kitchen (crockery, linen and a coffee machine are provided and our service offering fresh bread rolls is available); a bathroom and a large south-facing balcony with a unique panoramic view.
