• Local tax: 1,80 € per person. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
• Cash payment in accordance , we accept also credit cards.
• Guests who stay in the apartment can also have a breakfast on request (€ 20,- per adult,  € 15,- per children per person per day)
• In the event of longer advance booking we would ask our guests to register their arrival a week before.
• Room reservations can only be regarded as binding if both parties have written confirmations.
• Rooms and apartments must be vacated by 9 am on the day of departure.
• Please understand that for organisational reasons specific rooms and floors cannot be reserved.

Im Appartement: bei Kindern bis zu 6 Jahren (als 3. Person) wird kein Aufpreis berechnet, für jede weitere Person € 15,-

Dogs are permitted on request, but are not allowed in the dining room, on the sunbathing lawn or the swimming pool. Daily rate of € 15.00 without feed

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, Consumers' Code) is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• Cancellations free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellations from 15-30 days before arrival are charged at 50%.
• The complete duration of stay will be charged in the case of late arrivals or early departures.

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance and will be happy to provide you with further information.

Trip cancellation insurance should at least cover the financial side of things, if you or your familiy is kept from starting your journey. This way, you simply change your holiday fever over to another date!
