Sightseeing South Tyrol without a car? What could be easier! With the Südtirol Guest Pass Schenna coming into effect on 1 January 2024, it means that that all South Tyrolean public transport services will be utilisable by means of a single ticket. The Guest Pass provides holders with (almost) unlimited mobility throughout South Tyrol on mobility services including bus, train, and cable car. Holders of a Südtirol Guest Pass will be able to experience South Tyrol in a stress-free and sustainable manner, without having to rely on a private vehicle to get around. Just one ticket takes care of the whole regional public transport system!

How long is the Südtirol Guest Pass Schenna valid for?
The Südtirol Guest Pass lasts for the entire duration of your stay, including arrival and departure days. If your stay exceeds one week, you are entitled to a second ticket.
How can I get a Südtirol Guest Pass Schenna?
You receive the pass from your accommodation provider. In 2024, the Guest Pass will still be in the form of a paper ticket, but as from 2025 it will also be available in digital version.
Who is entitled to a Südtirol Guest Pass Schenna?
Visitors staying in Schenna automatically receive a Guest Pass. Starting with just one overnight stay and valid for the duration of your entire sojourn, the pass can only be used by the holder and is non-transferable. If your stay exceeds one week, you are entitled to a second ticket.
How does the Pass work?
The Südtirol Guest Pass must be validated at the ticket machine at the start of each ride.
The Schenna Card acts like a ticket for the cable-car facilities in Schenna and is valid for 7 days from the day of its first use.
This South Tyrol-wide travel card enables the owner to use public transport without limitation for one, three or seven days. Holders can use all bus services in South Tyrol, the rail as far as Trento (only regional services - does not include Eurostar/intercity trains) and a few public cable cars.
